if you want cheap (without compromising the quality) entertainment. you could try the asian civilisations musuem. they currently have vatican exhibits (Journey of Faith) in the special gallery and it only costs you 4 bucks if you're a full time student. heck, they didnt even check our student cards. i figured it's the closest i can get to visiting the vatican city. for now. gie and i went to the ACM 2 (empress place) which is new. ok maybe it aint new but it is to me because i've only been to the armenian st one. hurhur. but you know something's quite wrong when you find yourself resting on a bench in the middle of the gallery before continuing with the rest of the exhibits...............................
and they really should have kbox in melbourne. $15.20 for more than 5 hours (something tells me it would have gone on longer if people didn't have to work tmr) just rocks my socks. songs are new, place is clean, mics are working, screen is huge, room's spacious, not smokey. beats that dodgy shanghai club anytime.
and i've discovered other ways of stretching YOUR (i stress on YOUR because only point 3 is credible for a real bargain) dollar including
*shopping only with mummy
*(if you have a club) having your meals there because everything gets "charged to the card" and of course the bills of that card has nothing to do with you. :P
*LADIES NIGHT :)
oh yes if you still have
